Food was excellent and great vibe. Why not 5 stars ...hostess at front desk needs more training. Did not offer coat checking, was afraid to ask nicely someone who was alone to move over one at the bar allowing 2 seats together as we had bar reservation. I had to ask. When we left at 9:45 there was no one at front desk, and we had to go twice back to bar to find someone to get our coats. In fact, the bartender was sitting down even. Thus poor training by management. This can easily be corrected.

Food and service were outstanding. A little noisy as not a whole lot of room and you are sitting close to other diners but will return as the NY Strip was outstanding and the small plates were also great. Price was reasonable for Manhattan with a causal feel.

A few hiccups with our food order but the manager took great care of it. Very professional. The food was amazing and our experience was phenomenal. The aged steak is out of this world. The gnocchi also blew me away that is a must have. My mother loved the food and drinks so much we are already planning a return visit. Thanks to the manager steve for the wonderful experience.

Excellent customer service, great , cleanly rooms. Walking distance to shopping malls and many restaurants. Will always recommend.

Great cocktails, lots of options to chose from. A very diverse menu. The beef bibimbap was on special and was amazing, and the bone marrow was interesting in presentation would recommend.
