I had an incredible experience with LouLou during my initial assessment Appt, and I just had to share it. As a woman experiencing hormonal imbalances due to perimenopause, I came to LouLou for help with my weight gain issues. From the moment I stepped into her office, LouLou took the time to understand my medical history, current concerns, and eating habits. She was patient and incredibly thorough, which made me feel seen and heard. I'm someone who is very sensitive about weight conversations, but she was so understanding and comforting that I felt completely at ease. During the consultation, LouLou took a peek at my tongue and my sugar/processed foods secret was revealed. She recommended that I cut out processed foods for four weeks, including bread, pasta, and anything that comes in a box, bag, jar, or can. I was confident in her expertise and willing to make this change. After our discussion, Lou Lou began the acupuncture needling treatment. I was amazed at how gentle she was - I didn't feel a thing! I felt extremely relaxed, and after about 30 minutes, she returned to give me an incredible traps, neck, and lower head massage. She noticed I was tense which was a sign that I need to slow down and take better care of myself. I'm excited to continue this journey of healing from the inside out with LouLou's guidance. I'ms seeing Loulou again for some backpain. Loulou got to work righa away in treating me with such care, knowledge and retained all informations I shared with her last time. The icing on the cake was after leaving me ro rest with the treatment on my back, her delicious and powerdul hands and elbow got to work on my glutes :) :). Let's just say that my glutes are very satisfied and happy :) Thank you Lou for your amazing attention, care, treatment, magical hands and overall knowledge. I"ll be back!!!! Highly recommend this beautiful soul for any kind of discomfort or pain!

I've had acupuncture many times before but I've never experienced Accupuncture like the kind that Lou Lou provides. The kind of relief that you feel instantly is like no other. I felt like she released things in my body that my muscles were holding onto for many years. I HIGHLY recommend going to her for any and all your ailments.

LouLou is a master in her craft. I have had horrible tightness in both my neck and shoulders and her treatments are the ONLY ones that have ever relieved the pain. Her warmth, kindness and expertise are exceptional, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
