I went to Ms. Bidar for almost 9 years while I was living in NYC. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. I was suffering from pain from two accidents and did not want to be on medication. I went for pain management every week and then started to get help for my immune system and allergies as well. She is kind, intelligent, caring, and extremely professional.

I was suffering from lower back pain for years and a friend recommended Dr Sheila Bidar . I have to say after the second acupuncture treatment I felt almost no more pain I could go through the day not thinking about pain in my back. I highly recommend her especially if you are suffering from chronic back pain like I did.
