I went for acupuncture with Tina for fertility. She is very caring and knowledgeable. The entire staff there makes a big effort to get you results.

Dr chao is absolutely amazing. A very professional doctor with a lot of medical knowledge. His staff is great! I see all over his office awards that he has won. His practice has 3 locations and have been around for a very long time! I've been his patient for a while and he has helped me improve a lot physically. His new receptionists are so much better! Danny and arrie are so accommodating and try to help me the best they can they are 2 very young girls as well! Glad to see young girls have good knowledge and work ethic

I tried to schedule an appt a week in advance for physical therapy (ACL). Everything was confirmed but the day before they called me and said I had a 50% coinsurance. I told them I already met the total out of pocket maximum with my surgery and other medical services I had and my insurance will authorize up to 10 visits at a time. They said I still have to pay a 50% coinsurance. I again, tried to explain to them how medical insurance works and the benefits of my health plan. I then called my insurance to confirm. They confirmed. I called Naturo back and explained. They said ok and scheduled my appt. When I came to the appt. It was the same conversation again about 50% coinsurance. I again explained that I already MET MY OUT OF POCKET MAX and I CALLED THE INSURANCE TO CONFIRM MY BENEFITS. The Naturo staff just have to request authorization with the referral from my surgeon but they wouldn't listen to me. They just kept saying I have to pay. Their exact words were "You told me nothing." when I repeated again that I told them that I already MET THE OUT OF POCKET MAX and insurance would cover 100%. The Naturo staff said "No you have to pay, so what do you want to do?" That's when I left and called insurance again and again they confirmed my benefits. I hope the doctor sees this and know their staff is turning patients again when they have benefits. I don't know if it is a scam or ignorance. But either way not going here.
