I am here to share my own experience and maybe warn others from future mistakes I did. CK property Maintenance LLC did my lawn 3 times and gave me few estimates for my future projects which I plan to do in a future. There were some red flags which I personally ignored and went forward with this company, trying to be very understanding  and nice bcz it's a hot season and we all busy. The first, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE Chris the owner kept forgetting my address and my name. Continuously asking to send him my address. Will you consider him as a serious responsible professional ? Second, DELAYS we all know delays happen. Will you expect at least to be notified? Not in the case with Chris. I was the one who first contacted the owner and found out about delays and that my lawn would be done the next day, and then the next day I called and found out  that they could not come and we had to reschedule for the next day. The PERSONAL ATTITUDE I wouldn't even imagine that this would happen. You will feel embarrassed and humiliated if you will allow Chris to talk to you in a protective aggressive manner he did to me without even saying my name, just Listen, listen, ...Go forward if you know how to deal with a rude arrogant landscaping owner but I am sure you deserve better treatment. Find someone who will make your day and will make you feel a very special customer.  And  remember you the one who pays for this service!
