I wouldn't even give them a star the water was Rusty Brown, no matter how long you ran it. There's an infestation of roaches, the smell as soon as you walk in it's horrendous, cigarette Burns in the blankets and sheets hair from other people all over the place and when you try to complain to the staff they give you an attitude. My children and I couldn't bear one more day we had to leave our reservation immediately. The man at the front desk even tried to charge me for an extra towel and washcloth when it's supposed to be complimentary. And yes I took pictures and videos of everything.

If I could have this place shut down I would! The smell as soon as you walk in was horrible. I had 2 rooms booked and both were disgusting. There were clumps of hair in the sheets, burn marks on the pillows and sheets, the mattresses were full of mold and yellow stains, there was what looked like blood on the toilette ceiling tiles were falling down, the wall lights were falling off the wall, the floor felt like it was gonna give in, and the room had dirt all over.
