I come here every week to deposit/cash my husband work check and I have had no issue for years with this bank , Today I came to do my usually and was assisted by the girl with the tattoos on the hands ,Chewing gum in front of the costumer which doesnt look professional at all & swearing in Spanish like no one would understand her besides her colleagues, giving an attitude to the costumer wont make your day better , I hope Management take actions on costumer services for certain employees.

My wife and I have a checking/savings/ 2 personal loans and health savings account and auto loan. Unfortunately we had a Hvcu credit card that had fallen behind on payments and even though we called and went in person, they would not reduce payments or interest literally anything, than on a late Friday afternoon closed all accounts with no warning, for no legitimate reason and called saying we had until end of day to pay off credit card or auto loan that never missed a payment would be repoed the next day. Went in and spoke to collections in Poughkeepsie, seriously never spoke to someone so idiotic and devoid of logic. Couldn't make $600 monthly payment but expected to come up with $8000 in an afternoon. Funniest part owed $4000 more on the car than the balance still due, the idiot representative literally tried to explain they would sell car, pay credit card, even though the bank would than net a much larger loss and gain literally Zero. No longer HVFCU because not Federal anymore can't abide by the rules, by the way cross-collateralization not legal any longer at federal credit unions for a reason.
