The site I was reserved for was double booked. I was there setup in my tent with my family when a another camper showed up. They made me go to another site which wasn't on the water because the other person was known by the employees. I refused and asked for my money back and they refused to give it back. They even threatened the police if I didn't leave the site. The nights we were there were loud and a lot of parties. Staff did nothing.

Lincoln pond used to be a nice campground, but the staff has let this place go. The bathrooms are run down, it has become a party ground for local teenagers who are up all night, trashing the beach, others campsites, their campsites. The caretaker does not enforce the quite time, and some of the youngee staff attends the partys. The lake still is a wonderful lake, and maybe one of the remote sites still would be great... daytime seems fine (would not go to the beach bearfoot, due to the likelihood of glass). If they got a caretaker and employees that cared this place could be a gem again....

Beautiful little spot right in the middle of the high peaks. Not much in the way of amenities, but a great location for hiking, fishing and outdoor activities. Cant beat the value.
