My experience with sun run is a horrible one,after they approved my roof (which was not in a good condition for solar panels) they installed their panels and caused my roof to start leaking. They refuse to to accept responsibility for it,now 5 years and not saving any money cause I have to pay both con ed and sunrun,I have to fix my roof. I have leaks in my 7yr old room and my kitchen. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get someone on the phone to remove the panels and can't get any where. I would not recommend anyone use sun run,it doesn't save you any money. It causes more problems.
