This place is so unorganized, and i say that as a recent ex employee! Not only do they make up these expensive unreasonable prices for run down furniture, they also cover up nasty mishaps such as a street cat getting into the store for weeks and peeing up the "new" carpets that are overpriced as well. You would think they would throw the carpets away because cat pee is stained forever, but no. They "rehabilitated" these carpets and sell them to customers at the SAME price!! Do not give this business your time or money! your better off going to Bobs Furniture. The people who own this company do not care about their product nor do they care about their staff, they are only concerned with taking your money. They have mediocre "managers" that flirt and patrionize with the female staff. Dont get me started on all of the sexual harrassment that goes on there, and HR does not handle any of the situations accordingly. This entire business needs to be shut down. Do not give these people your money. Your furniture will come with scrapes and scratches galore because the truck drivers and warehouse workers are careless with the merchandise. You will spend thousands of dollars on mediocre furniture.

The delivery department has horrendous customer service . Call me with a delivery date and then confirm the day before only to call me the day of delivery and cancel because they were re-polishing the bed frame I purchased . Ok upset but still patient. They finally deliver 1 week later because I called . Delivery drivers were rude . They left day 2 when I go to put my mattress the flats that hold the bed 2 fall off, i realize they used the wrongs screws. Call delivery department they send me to a extension that doesn’t work . I call and no answer . I call from another phone number someone answers . Monica the manager tells me she can’t help me she has to call the company to see if all hardware was delivered. I don’t care what who come and fix it ! Still no answer. The headache and lack of customer service this company gives is not worth the money . I regret ever going . This review is not enough wish I could do more .
