PartsIPS - Appliance Parts and Supplies

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! The guy running this “business” is clueless. I was sent the wrong part. He wouldn’t answer his phone calls. Eventually after multiple emails, he instructed me to send the part back to “process” a refund. He refused to pay shipping cost for the return even though it was his mistake. He stated he would refund the full amount when he received the part. When I returned the parts, I was refunded only half of what I had paid. A TOTAL FRAUD!! Don’t waste your time and money on this scam!

I was very skeptical after all the negative reviews I read after ordering from this company. But to my surprise the product arrived and works great. It arrived in just a couple of days. The communication by email was ok too. They didn’t answer my first email but did answer my second one. So far so good.

I gave one star because "no stars" wasn't an option. I ordered a small, inexpensive item. Shipping cost was about the same as the product. When it arrived, part was missing. (It should have had two of the same piece) Communicating with PartsIPS is a joke. After sending two emails, I'm not sure if he understood what I was saying. All I wanted was the other piece that was missing. Now, he wants me to ship him back what I received to "process" a refund. The shipping cost makes this a waste of time. Although this was an inexpensive item, it demonstrates very poor customer service. Don't deal with these people.

Phone numbers do not work, email does not work, ordered a part last week, tried to cancel the order 15 minutes after I placed the order and it still shows "processing" in the order status. I would like to talk to someone, phone or email or at least see my account refunded.. Avoid ordering from this company.. This might be a scam..
