        We've been with Ridgewood for many years. The 1:1 personal service at Pelham Road, New Rochelle branch is the best we've encountered anywhere. Employees are all very helpful with any of our transactions no matter how simple or complex. Our youngest child changed from a major bank to the Pelham Road branch and is satisfied as well. Thank you Izeta, Bheam, Parbattie, Riffat, Sevime, Pasquale, n Sase for your personal approach throughout all the years we've banked in Ridgewood Savings Bank!

        Izeta Durakovic, the branch manager, is incomparable when it comes to customer service. She treats you like family when you go into the bank. I opened a business account here and everyone is so wonderful here I decided to open a personal account too! You can tell her staff is happy working there as well- everyone is so nice. The bank also has parking!

        The New Rochelle, Pelham Rd. Branch. I have been banking here forever. They have the best staff of any banking institution I have dealt with. The manager, Izeta is very knowledgeable and dedicated to the branch, fellow employees and customers on a constant basis. I highly recommend this bank and branch to my family and friends.

        The only reason why I'm writing this is because my husband and I have had enough with this specific Ridgewood Bank. I hate to say this but this is my experience.....if you're brown, don't look like you live in the area or simply they don't recognize you.... you WILL be asked to prove your identity. Now that doesn't sound bad because it's to keep your account safe and I totally agree with the extra security. My issue is when you're the only one being asked to present an ID even when they ask you the security questions, which are correctly answered. Every single time this has been mine or my husband experience. I go to this location because it's closer to where I live but I rather go in the Bronx where I feel less safe than come to this location and being treated like I don't belong.
