        I cannot overemphasize how thoroughly pleased I am with being treated by Doctor Robert Nejat of Optum urology. Not every decision you make in life turns out great, but in this case, my decision to work with Dr. Nejat did turn out great. I was suffering from a very enlarged prostate that caused me to get up 4 or 5 times a night to use the bathroom, often having difficulty urinating. Dr. Nejat recommended the Rezum Water Vapor Therapy procedure for my particular situation, which he performed. I could feel the positive results almost immediately. After just 2-3 months I was only getting up 1 or 2 times a night and not ever having difficulty urinating. I was able to stop the prostate medication and feel like Dr. Nejat turned back the hands of time for me. I completely trust the judgment and capability of Dr. Nejat and highly recommend his services.
