I and my sister were a patient of Dr. Flores years ago. He is an excellent doctor. I took my daughter there and she was taken good care of. The only problem i have and cant tollerate is the new staff he has. I dont know the name of the girls. But i asked them to fill out a WIC form for me, and i work in pediatrics with Northwell and I know how this work. The form ever clinic should have. She didnt know what i was talking about, or what i needed when i told her just to fill out the wic form and send recent blood work my daughter had there. She told me to call the Wic form and have them fax it to them so i they can fill it out. But i had other concerns as well. Sorry but i will no longer go there anymore. Cant tolerate the staff. I give 4 STARS TO DR. Flores but the staff a 1 star.
