CareMed Specialty Pharmacy

I don't know what pharmacy this is but they need to be under new management. I called the pharmacy because I had a question about a medication I'm taking and I spoke to the pharmacist Lina, she was being so disrespectful and was talking to me like I was a child. So untrained and so rude, I will definitely not be filling my prescriptions here anymore.

Never contacted me about a bill from a year and a half ago, then when asked about it, claimed theyd sent invoices monthly despite the fact that I had not received a thing from them before July 2019. Seems either really sketchy or extremely unorganized. I would use a different pharmacy if that is an option.

Horrible horrible company. Needed to have Stelara administered fir the first time. Have had the medicine for over a week. No home health care nurse has contacted us. Caremed said if we call someone on our own, we have to pay. Customer service rep is now not taking my calls.
