I’m pleased with the way the front desk as well as the phlebotomist executed their job. When I arrived, there were two workers at the desk and they were both polite and respectful as well as personable. Julian the phlebotomist was up to par, very skillful, warm & understanding. I went there on their late day, Thursday (closes @ 7p.m.) when I arrive, there was no wait, I was greeted with professionalism, and asked to sign in digitally, then taken in immediately to get labs drawn..will definitely recommend.

I used this facility this morning. 8/10/21. I arrived early and staff was still arriving. (Well before 7am) Patients we're lined up and not respecting the 6 feet social distancing. More then one employee reminded them of the precautions. What a way for the staff to start a day! Complaints about the line, the masks, distancing etc.... Well it was a bunch of non sense! I arrived about 650am and was 5 on line. Signed on, barely sat down and technician had me in her area. Confirmed my information, gentle stick and I was on my way! No complaints from me. The front desk staff and technicians take plenty of abuse from many patients. Granted people are not feeling well. Does that give them permission to be rude? Trust me, I am battling a serious illness. I wish each and every Health worker, good health and safety. Northwell system has done what I consider miracles for me over the 8 months. So I truly appreciate everyone working to help others return to good health. A smile , kind word can make a procedure easier for a patient to tolerate. I am not just talking lab work! My applause to Michael Dowling and his entire team of highly skilled, friendly yet professional staff. I have had 3 hospital stays at North Shore University Manhasset. Everyone, yes everyone from the security who escorted me into the ED, Nurses, para professionals, doctors, technicians, food service, OR staff, the gentlemen who cleaned the room, were all very polite and caring. Sometimes I was feeling physically as well as emotionally exhausted. A smile went a long way. A very lovely nurse held my hand while I was crying prior to going for lumbar puncture. Thanks to the excellent care, I am home and managing better and better each day. Many blessings to all.

First off the address is wrong! I got there called no answer! It’s not new Hyde park it’s lake success on the gps/ google maps. Then I get there and the security guard say there closed! 🤦🏻‍♂️ So I show him that it says 24 hours open! 🤨 then he said yeah that’s for employees! I told him yes I’m an rn that works northwell he asked for my badge, I thought they could look you up by name NOPE! Nothing that’s says that on the site either! Luckily it says northwell on my id card. Good news! Phlebotomist was great and got me out on time ! Thank you Sunny!💯💯💯

Their cussing service is great. I'm wheelchair bound arrived for my 9.30am chemotherapy my sister and I where met in a friendly fashion and I was wheeled away to the small lab. After a short time I was wheeled to infusion setup and infused, slept through most of that called for my sister to arrive at my pickup place and we met out with out either one of waiting.
