I 100% recommend this Mattress Firm. I was helped by Mr. Ken and he was very informative, professional and patient with guiding me to the best suited mattress for my needs. Did not go with the intention to purchase on spot but the customer service was exceptional! Not to mention I was lucky and got it 2 days after. Delivery team was also professional and courteous. I got the Serta Willow Brook Plush Pillowtop and it's working great thus far! Thank you Ken and Mattress Firm!

Went here with my wife to get a bed for our new apartment. Ken was very accommodating and understanding to our budget concerns, and did everything he could to get us the best deal with the best quality. He helpfully explained everything and gave us all the time we needed to decide. Next time we need a bed, well definitely be coming back. Thank you Ken!

I recently visited Mattress Firm in New Hyde Park for the first time. I was shopping with my elderly mother who desperately needed a new mattress, box spring, and frame. I was not looking forward to the outing, due to my mother's feeling anxious about the process, a back condition that complicates her mattress options, and my concern for having her "in public" during the pandemic. I am VERY happy we went to this store and encountered the manager, Ken Ramjeet.
From the minute we walked in, Ken was helpful, attentive, well informed, extremely patient, and very supportive. His prices were very fair, and he was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process painless and easy.
I highly recommend this store and Ken. My next outing will be with my elderly father, on the same mission, and I am definitely returning to Ken and Mattress Firm New Hyde Park.

Just recently bought a mattress from this location and words cant describe how smooth everything went. It starts off with Ken hospitality and professionalism he brings to the table. The knowledge he holds about why each mattress is different and to which is the perfect one for me made my choice so much easier. I would easily recommend any of my family members to buy a mattress from this store, especially if Ken is there.
