        Had an appointment at 8 AM today. Waited for one hour. Nice secretary found out that the office moved from Williston Park to Dakota Drive in Lake Success. Thanks for not telling your first time patient that the office moved.

        I would prefer to give 0 stars for how poorly this office is managed. The secretary doesnt return phone calls if you leave a message. The secretary will put you on hold and never come back to speak to you. If they put an orangutan at the front desk it would be more productive for everyone involved.

        Ive been going to this office for two years now and every visit is a great experience. Dr. Bitman is very helpful and knows what she is doing. She was very helpful especially during the beginning of COVID, we had a telemed appointment and she was able to help me with all of my concerns. I will definitely be returning!
