If I could give negative stars I would. After giving them on average $100 a week of my business, I had a $350 bandage jumpsuit dry cleaned after wearing it once. Bandage fabric is very heavy. the jumpsuit weighs about 5 lbs. When I went to pick up the jumpsuit they had it hanging by its straps instead of folding it over a hanger. Causing the straps to be stretched to oblivion. ANY dry cleaner would know not to do that. The owner (Jade) was beyond rude and unapologetic claiming there is nothing wrong with it. The straps were clearly stretched out. I took it home and tried it on only to find it falling off my shoulders when it used to fit snug. The entire bust is stretched under the arm. The jumpsuit is ruined. I brought it back to have the problem rectified only to be treated with hostility and blame. you should have told them they should fold it over a hanger. dont come backetc. They ruined my jumpsuit and refuse to do the right thing and reimburse or re-order me a new one. You are risking your clothing being ruined if you go to this horribly unprofessional and overall bad dry cleaner.

The new owner doesnt seem like they want my business (shes taking over for her uncle) I sat on a Hicks bag, so some of the green print rubbed off on the back of the pants. When I went to retrieve it, I asked why it didnt come off. She said they had washed it 2x begrudgingly but it felt like it was a reflex statement shes used to making to customers demanding for good service. I politely asked if she can try again she said yes, unhappily Of course when I went to pick up again, she told me they tried 2x but no luck I went home, used Oxiclean, waited a few days, and then washed it off easily (see photos) I dont wish to leave low reviews, but dont the new owners wish to keep the existing customers?
