This place has gone to complete garbage. No supervision by employees, its a complete free-for-all. Inappropriate music for a kids place. Employees bouncing street basketballs and bouncing in street shoes. I could go on and on. Just in complete disbelief at how low this place dropped since last time we were here 3 years ago. Would not come again.

This place has gone downhill substantially over the years... I used to bring my kids here in the past and the experience recently was MUCH different. 1) None of the grip socks were available 2) Most of the claw machines, arcade cabinets, and vending machines were out of order or near empty 3) The floors are disgusting and sticky 4) The only snacks/drinks available were slushies and out of the around a half dozen flavors only two were available. 5) There is a punching bag machine near a walkway in tight space. A large gentleman was using the machine in the area with no regard for the young individuals walking around him. The machine needs to be moved into an area with more space... My step son was hit in the head by this individual and luckily was not hurt. This place is in poor maintenance and it has to be management/ownerships fault. I can't fault the employees working that day as they were all friendly and seemed to do a good job.
