My pavement is a mess after this this company dumped polymeric sand and promised that the sealer application will be able to make it great. Paid 4500 usd for the work Initially mentioned they will use dominator or sakrete sand, but used ezsand and is not cured at all with dust all over the place This company did a very poor job and my backyard and pavements are a mess .. Every day I vaccum the pool to remove lose sand from the backyard. They changed their schedule 2 times when the weather was good and rushed through the work just the day before a rain The work is extremely poor quality and Mario kept saying he will come back to fix which he never did VERY UN HAPPY with the work Wasted my money on this work Mario promised that I will not have any growth or maintenance needed if I get polymeric sand and sealer. Agreed to do this work at a premium we had a week of perfect weather and Mario didnt show up for the most ideal days that he could have done this work He kept saying some excuses and moved the dates out Then he did a rush job with cheap products and sprayed sealer and walked away after taking money next day it rained and made a mess of the total job Now it has become such a disaster because all the ' polymeric sand' he did is all over the place and in the pool see pictures NEVER will hire this guy!!! Will never recommend was such a disaster for me!!! No Props..these are real. When i complained you mentioned you will come by 3 times but never made it. your usual tactics. So i posted these for all to see.

Wow George Cyriac. Really ? that sure doesn’t look like the poly sand we put down its even a different color you forgot we have extensive experience and can tell you threw that reg sand w dirt and red mulch on it (nice props for the pictures)🤦🏻‍♂️😂 here’s the actual pictures of our clean work and actual poly sand we put down look at pictures everyone will get to see how terrible of a custo me r you are 99.9% of our customers are happy to pay us because of our work and one last thing ,liar you didn’t pay $4500 for a sanding job we have copies of receipts we also washed everything on premises ,full house wash …all patio pavers all walkways and entire driveway washed aside from poly sand and a seal.that’s what you paid for aside from that we NEVER collect any money until job is complete after job was done we did a walk thru w you and you paid us idk where all this sand came from looks like Robert Moses or Jones beach...pls refrain from posting work that is NOT our or we will follow w strong legal action for defamation you taking it as far as you did pouring sand on our work ,we pride our selves on our quality work and outstanding customer service - MARIO A1SUNRISE
