        Office has changed thru the years. Still see my same dentist after 20 years but the office staff is cold and rude. They sent a nasty letter saying my husband didnt cancel his last appt in 24 hours and if it happens again they are dropping him from the practice. Horrible customer service

        What a disrespectful establishment. My family has been going here for years. I recently lost my job. Having issues with my teeth. Got put on my folks insurance. Because their policy (Bella Smiles) is they want the money up front and when the insurance pays them and you overpayed the facility they issue you credit against future work. Couldnt pay what they wanted I was refused my dental work. Wouldnt even work with me. Avoid like the plague. Drs are to help patients not turn them away when their services are needed. If they would have worked with me. I'm sure something could have been arranged!! I couldnt even put zero stars which is what they deserve.
