Alex was the person who came out and he was most efficient as well as very knowledgable. In addition he explained in basic, easily understandable terms answers to any question I had. And he never seemed bothered by me asking things, as some service people do when they come to service your home. Alex made sure that he had provided the best in customer service. The service is great, and the electrician finishes his work quickly and does a great job. We are signed up with the service plan and it saves on service calls. They will tell you what needs to be done, and that quote is good until you have the work done. We have an older home so the service plan is important to us. It really helps in scheduling work. When we bought our home, the inspector cleared everything. He missed several electrical and plumbing issues. We almost have them all fixed now. If you like your electrician, you can request him every time. Our electrician is great.
