Staff was very friendly and remembered my situation even though 2 week had passed from my last visit. They were able to explain how the furniture works in plain English (lol). I love that the covers are washable and that I can completely change the look by purchasing new covers vs a new couch. I can’t wait for the pieces to be delivered!

I had a very pleasant experience shopping for a new sofa at Lovesac at the Nanuet Mall in Nanuet. The salesgirl was not pushy and offered me many options. While the products are pricey, I was quite comfortable with the salesperson and she was understanding about needing to stay within a budget. It has only been a couple of days so I have not received the couch yet, but I wanted to give a thumbs up for the in-store service.

Wonderful store with great associates. No pressure to buy and the product is top notch. I have purchased a Lovesac before and was looking to add to my collection. Beth the associate I worked with couldn't be more knowledgable and helpful.
