This company is horrible as what ither customer said they re very disrecpecful who ever answer the phone for rech support. If your happy with your job then scram . They came to my house. 4times to change the homefill machine and it work for couple of mins and broke again . They dont know with out us they dont get paid stay away with this company you will get more sick because of them

Delivered the wrong equipment twice, then sent the wrong supplies. Multiple calls went nowhere. Very frustrating.

This Company is by far the worst I've ever seen why am I forced to give them 1 star when the deserve no stars Nobody knows nothing my call has been transferred over 5 times on 1 call they said fax them the info to my sleep study and that upon receiving it the would contact me its been 45 days since we had that conversation If It happens I wonder how long will it take to receive the product Maybe 3 or 4 Years Smdh!

Obviously from the consistent one star....management really doesn't care. If one of their family members had sleep apnea they would better understand . Their compliance department is the worst. So I ask the question. If your tubing continues to fall out of the machine how can you be compliant? its a catch 22. So while I was waiting for them to contact my Cardiologist to send a letter which they faxed over, I was told my account was "blocked. So while I was on the phone waiting to speak with the compliance people I was disconnected Total Incompetance
