Super impressed by this company! I’ve ordered a few different sets of masks from them over the past couple of months, to the point where I mistakenly ordered too many! I asked if they could cancel my last order, and not only did they do so willingly, but the refund was issued immediately. The company president even wrote me back when I gave the customer service team the praise they deserve. Great product and excellent customer service!

Much like many, I also learned about Ball Chain Mfg/Bona Fide Masks through an article I read. My order arrived earlier than expected. When emailing with them, they were very kind, attentive and swiftly helped correct a minor issue with the wrong type of mask sent. Masks are a great find. Definitely recommend and will order from them again.

This company is astounding in the personalized service they go out of their way to provide From Bill the owner all the way to everybody else on his team they knocked themselves out to get my masks to me in time for a trip When my own Post Office didn't deliver the masks they quickly sent out a second order and when I offered to send them back for credit they said to keep them as a gift So I am going to gift them to some older folks I know who need the extra protection of an N95 and and don't know where to get reliable ones like these. There are very few times in modern life when a privately owned company shows what is great about American attitudes and customer service They should go on the road and teach other companies how to care about the people buying from them

We are so happy to have found this supplier of legitimate KN95 masks for both children and adults. The masks themselves are wonderful! They fit great and are easy to wear and breathe in. My seven year old wears them comfortably with zero complaints. She prefers these to all other styles we have tried - and they fit her perfectly! I feel so much safer knowing my child has these properly fitted masks for social situations. The company has been AMAZING with top-notch customer service all around! I have emailed inquiries twice and received responses within FIFTEEN MINUTES both times! The first email was answered directly by the owner on a Sunday - which was absolutely not expected, but very much appreciated! It is very clear how important their customers are to them! Orders are filled quickly and have arrived very fast! The customer service is hands down the BEST I've received from anywhere in years. As a consumer, I always look for a company that I can trust, have excellent customer service, and quality products that are reasonably priced. I've had many business transactions over many years with different companies and I can honestly say that finding these qualities in a company is very challenging. I consider Ball Chain Mfg. Co. a very rare company because it excels in all those areas of trust, excellent customer service and quality products that are reasonably priced that I mentioned. At a time our country and the world are experiencing the most tragic and devastating pandemic of Covid19, I believe that consumers should be very discriminating in their choices, as well as the sources, of facial mask respirators to protect themselves and their loved ones effectively from this pandemic that has resulted in millions of lives lost around the world. There are counterfeits, fake KN95 masks being sold and consumers should be very careful about the sources of masks they are buying. I chose to buy my KN95 Mask respirators from Bonafide Masks which is a part of Ball Chain Mfg. Co., because it is one of the CDC approved distributors for the KN95 masks and a company that I can TRUST. TRUST has always been a very big word for me which I learned to really appreciate after serving in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army for most of my young life. Wearing the right kind of mask respirator could mean life and death nowadays. Bonafide Masks POWECOM KN95 are CDC approved and their N95 mask respirators are NIOSH approved. I know this because I went to the CDC website as well as read reports from Newsweek, and other media sources. My latest order from this company is well on its way within 24 hours! It was the same for the past orders i made. Each time I've ordered from Bonafide Mask, the order and delivery process have always been very fast! It's really very impressive! Their customer service is second to none. Questions and concerns about products, shipping or anything else I have are very promptly taken care of. Co has been the manufacturer for supplying the Dog Tags for the U.S. Armed Forces. That to me reflects credibility and success that is hard to match! I believe it's the truly outstanding way they treat their customers and the quality of their products that have made this company very successful. I've been ordering in small amounts and yet I've received nothing but consistent VIP treatments! It is apparent their tradition of outstanding customer service along with quality products continue to this day. I have a lot of respect and admiration for Ball Chain Mfg. Co and its branch, Bonafide Masks, in particular for Mr. Bill Taubner, President of Ball Chain Mfg. Co. and 4th generation member of the family of this Amazing and Awesome company. In my first order about two years ago, Mr. Bill Taubner himself helped me when one of their shippers made a shipping error. It was a very small order and yet Mr. Bill Taubner, himself took the time to help me. It's a great pleasure doing business with Ball Chain Mfg. Co and Bonafide Masks and I intend to be a lifelong customer.
