Fabulous Flowers

Owner is extremely rude, we placed an order and he did not want to give me any information on an update. They mentioned to attempt a delivery but no one was home, unfortunately there was someone home and they just never made it with the flowers. Awful customer service and owner was not helpful at all.

Called early on a Saturday morning to get flowers delivered for my wifes birthday. Spoke with Ann Marie who was very helpful. Less than 2 hours later, I was very pleased with the delivered bouquet. Will be going back for flowers in the future.

I ordered flowers through FTD valentines and apparently this florist was chosen. I even specified the order had to be delivered no later 3:30 due to it being an office and the person would not be there after 3:30 the delivery man called at 5:05 saying I cant get into the building to deliver well if they followed directions this would not have been an issue. I received a voicemail the next call called them back within 10 minutes and all I received was fabulous florists please hold waited 10 minutes and hung up called back same thing again. I waited 8 minutes hung up called back a third time said no and hold again terrible business and I will be placing a call to my credit card company to not pay the charge since services were not rendered.

Called to follow up on an order to make sure that it was able to be delivered on the following day as requested. A man named Roger answered the phone. When out of manners, I cordially asked how he was doing he became volatile and told me I was insulting him by asking that because it was during the busy holidays. When I inquired if the order would be finished and ready to be delivered he told me he was "hanging up now" and he disconnected the call. Completely unprofessional and unmerited. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use your business and/or your services when that is the type of person you choose to employ. I would hate for someone else to receive the same treatment because someone is stressed out and has no control over their temper.
