I absolutely love these lovely ladies. I first gave this place a shot when the battery of one of my watches died and they fixed within 5 mins on the spot (I brought in the rest a day after lol). The next time I came because the glass on one of my favorite watches cracked. Everywhere else told me I would just have to get a new watch but I kept it because I loved it so much. I decided to bring into this place and they told me it would take time but got a new glass on it and it looks brand new! Now I came back after buying a new watch to get it resized I took a pic here of it drooping of me but they made it fit perfect! I dont even think of going anywhere else when it comes to jewelry repair. These women are WORLD CLASS ALLSTARS

There is older woman in this store who solidified this review. She was not only rude but down right nasty. Now, for those of you still reading are probably saying "why didn't you leave when you were treated that way." Well when you are trying to get someone to correct their mistake you have to kill ''em with kindness. I was replacing backs to a set of earrings, nothing anyone is going to add a wing on their house from. They had been given one of the originals and I was hoping they could order another set of the same backs. When that wasn't the case, they offered two different replacement sets to try. The cost was nominal so this seemed reasonable. The original was lost in these "new sets" somehow. Anywhoo, neither worked. So much so, Stevie Wonder could tell without looking, there was no way these sets would work. I went back a couple of days later, to find new sets and the missing original, and I was met with "so what do you want. Well, I don't have those here, I would have to order, so you want to it or not". My spidey senses told me to leave at this point but I pushed through. You know the whole kindness thing. Nasty pants says "so do you want them or what" I let her know I did. She asked if I wanted her to call me with an estimate to which I replied yes. She writes that on the ticket. "Call with estimate". Three days later she calls to say the backs are in ---hang up--nasty overalls now. When I go in I am met with a significant bill. When I ask why is it so much. Her response was "you wanted them to real right? That's not cheap". I balk at the price and her not calling she says she did and I ok'd it. That's funny because Verizon nor I have ever had a conversation with you. Clearly she wasn't going to budge and I was at a loss as she was holding my property. I promptly paid the bill and left.  Groucharella is not the only person who works there my assumption is that she is the owner. Read that again I wrote my assumption. If I am assuming correctly, then this is a practice and not just a I caught her rathe and her being a downright .......if I am right, you run the risk of being treated like poop when you should enjoying jewelry shopping.Go forth and shop happily!
