I and many others were under the care of dr LonnyRosenfeld under compensation. Myself waited for over 2 yrs to get approval for surgery for my foot that I suffer every day. 2 weeks before my surgery his office called me informing me he longer works with compensation, leaving myself and all those patients that were under his care,and receiving payment for treatment with no doctor. Myself and dr Rosenfeld received a letter from Comp stating that from now on any cat scans x rays or MR I would be done at designated offices other than Garnet Health whom the doctor works for. Dr Rosenfeld reply when I asked him why was that this prevented him from giving his patients the care they deserved. I said to the doctor you can still do surgery and treatment in your office to treat these patients, how does Having cat scans elsewhere other than garnet health prevent you from giving treatment your patients deserve when you can easily be sent the x rays ect, ect. Your still doing surgery. The doctors reply was a mouthful of studdering. So I ask you doctor Rosenfield was dropping all these patients who depended on you and were under your care the best care you could give them?Again and leaving them and myself without even a referral. How unethical behavior was that?the right thing he should have done was to stop any further cases and finished with those patients wh were under his care. Dr Ronfeld replied its not that easy. I guess it was easier to have your office call each patient that was under his care farewell.
