        Its looks like one of the 3 stooges flipped this condo. Every corner that could be cut was cut.

        Betzaida Vericain is very rude, unprofessional and a derelict of her duties. She delayed the rental of the home she was representing for a month. She never even filed paperwork necessary in a timely fashion. This was due to her not reading and or understanding basic English forms. She proceeded to hand over to my broker from a whole different agency all her clients personal information. My broker had to do the work for both agents. She never conveyed to her client the house needed to be cleaned as I had requested. She had said it would be done. Today I went to pick up the key and the landlord was not aware of my request. I am sick with COPD and will have to clean this house myself. This after literally threatening me over the phone "if you don't pay realtors fee today 8/28 you will have to wait till 9/1 to get your key! I am not available till then. You can pay your broker today and get the key tomorrow. Cause if you think I'm stealing your $2000...you're dead wrong. $2000 doesn't even fill my gas tank for a month!" Unreal! I was only requesting to meet w Betzaida and give her the money and she could give me the keys. I was trying to do one trip due to my failing health. And unlike her whom seems to drive a brand new war tank. I drive my grandmother's 97 Honda accord. I never had a doubt of the professionalism, dedication and integrity of my own broker. So, having my money stolen was not a thought ever. This she may have known had she done her job accurately. Suffice it to say I am glad I had my own broker from a different realty company.
