So I have been a patient for a little over a year and each incident gets worse and worse. Initially all was fine. I thought I found a good local doctor in Montgomery but each time there is any testing involved, you need to drive to Middletown medical. I went there for some bloodwork. Several weeks went by and I was told I need vitamin D so I get a prescription for that and when I go to get that prescription they only have gelatin capsules and my diet won't allow that so I was told just get the vitamins (tell me that at first and save me money) then Dr.C wants updated bloodwork and an sonogram so I go to Middletown again and they say they never received results from the last bloodwork?? So I call Dr.C's office and they don't know and I asked why the sonogram? Again don't know but an assistant starts reading through my file and said jaundice...what?! that is just not true there has not been any jaundice. I give up and leave. Fast forward to today. I call before 9:30 this morning as I had tested positive for covid and am looking to get paxlovid but they can't prescribe that until we have an appointment and that won't be available until after 4pm today so I get to suffer longer. I asked why do we need an appointment? I tested positive and have symptoms...just need an appointment $$$..can't not have an appointment. Also through this 3rd rate network, I tried in early July to get a dermatologist appointment and no kidding the next one available was October 13th. I went out of network and had an appointment last week. I could go on...
