From our first meeting with Bonnie myself, sister, and mom knew we wanted her to be the one to do the flowers for my wedding! I was a bride for the most part knew what I wanted and Bonnie truly understood what I was looking for. She told me where to get candles for the best price. In some of my example pictures she pointed out there were some really expensive flowers especially in the bouquets so she suggested filling the bouquets with other flowers and adding in the more expensive flowers on top. She was excellent with helping with things like this and never tried to upsell us or add anything in we did not need. I emailed her several times along the course of planning and she always answered promptly and never seemed bothered by me reaching out. The flowers day of were exactly what I had wanted. I received tons of compliments. I will be using Secret Garden for all of my floral needs moving forward. Thank you to Bonnie and team for being such a main part of our special day!

This florist is the absolute epitome of horrible service. I had someone place a simple order of one orchid plant along with two balloons to be gift wrapped on Friday, October 1, 2021. I was told it would be ready on Saturday, October 2, 2021 between 9am to noon. I arrived promptly between the prescribed interval and I was 'greeted' by an officious employee (I believe she is the proprietor) who couldn't even get the last name of the order correctly. After that inauspicious introduction, it became patently obvious that the order wasn't even ready yet. I received no apology and was brusquely handed the orchid plant sans balloons or even gift wrap. When I pointed this out and patiently explained at least twice that the order was placed by an intermediary (not that it should matter at this point) she haphazardly wrapped the two balloons and rather abruptly asked me "Do you need it gift wrapped, because most people want it gift wrapped?" I lost all hope in ever frequenting this pathetic excuse for a business and left without having it gift wrapped. Were it not for the presence of a small child in the vicinity I would have certainly expressed my distain for her complete lack of rudimentary customer service. She made absolutely no apology for her blatant negligence and gave me a rather nasty glare in lieu of "Have a nice day!"
