Ronni Monte is a consummate professional and one of the warmest and most since people in the industry. She was remarkably patient as she led us through a bevy of homes in Montauk - eventually finding the perfect fit. We loved living there for several years but when the time came for us to sell and move on - Ronni found us the perfect buyer. My experiences with Town and Country was exceptional. That is 100% due to Ronni Monte Desousa. Selling a house is stressful. Ronni is very attentive to the needs and worries of the buyer. It also doesn't hurt that she is an expert in the Montauk market and has the network that comes in handy with the little things that pop up when selling a home. However for me, her best quality is that she is an effective and transparent communicator. I pinged her multiple times with simple questions or anxieties about the market and she always had a direct answer that made me feel better,. I highly recommend Ronni. You will be in great hands.
