Extremely overpriced, WiFi barely works, don’t be fooled by the room with a “private balcony,” it’s actually feels like you’re on a cruise ship complete with people walking directly by your door and a trash can and ash tray right outside. One of the front desk people was great, the other one rude. No ice machine “because of covid” ??? Indoor pool/hot tub didn’t open until 3pm, which is why we paid for the hotel, to use those exact things. Ocean views are great if you get them, “town” is close.

This hotel has an excellent location, right by the beach. Also they had clean towels and blanquets. The room was also clean. This is it! The rooms interior show years of decay with cracks on the walls and dents on the door. Furniture is falling apart. The desk and drawers had to be leveled with pieces of toilet paper. However, this is not the main problem: The treatment that my son, my wife, and I received from the hotel manager Ms. Tracy was terrible, rude, and offensive. . Also they are much disorganized at the front desk/reservations. When we checked in on Monday September 7, 2015. The reception ladies were kind of rude, but my son had patience because it was the day after Labor Day, it must've been really busy. 30 minutes pass and then while waiting there, they told my son that there were no rooms available because they were still cleaning. Then, a white couple come in, and sure enough, they're given a room right then and there. The ladies at the front noticed his dismay, and then they said that they were "upgrading" us to a king size room. They give him the keys of room 481. My son went here with our luggage, and my wife and I in toe (behind him), open the door, and my son saw a passed out, naked lady in the room with all sorts of condoms and liquor bottles on the floor. Immediately, my son told us not to come in, that there is someone in there. My son went back to the front desk immediately and they gave him another room that magically presented itself. We brought our things and finally have some time to get much needed relaxation. The next day my son left for work back to NYC. My wife and I wanted to book another night and that's when the crazy happened. Essentially, as soon as they found out that we were Latinos, they treated us very distrustfully refusing to grant the Expedia confirmed reservations. Ms. Tracy, the Hotel Manager threw us from the Hotel. She shout at me at the front desk when I was trying to get to stay in the same room because I did not want to move my luggage. She did not consider that my wife and I are Senior USA Citizens. To close her act, Ms. Tracy came to our room to personally evict us from the room while were talking to Expedia customer service representative. threaten us with calling on the police. She previously had done the same to me in the front desk. A very upsetting experience for us!
