I am resolving a question regarding a past review. I am sorry to read you were having problems with the service driver. I was not made aware of your situation. My employees are all very courteous and timely. They never argue with anyone, period, and have been with my company for many years, some over 20 years. That said, some times things happen beyond our control. We try damn hard to make sure the customer is never affected. I would hope that any other issues would be reported directly to the owner of the company, me.

I was treated dishonestly by management when I called with a problem. Be careful. The gentleman who picked up my trash for years was great. He was transferred to another route and things went downhill after that.
