Brenda is amazing!!! She explains everything and is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had! The nurses are friendly and polite! Absolutely would recommend to anyone..

Just be aware of the fact that this location as well as any of the other center's that are affiliated are no different then going to the urgent care center in Malone. Only difference is you have to make an appointment here. This location as well as the other's are considered clinic's and no matter how long you have been going there and seeing the same person your insurance company does not consider these visits as routine Doctor visits but as urgent care / walk in clinic visits. So the person you are seeing as far as your insurance company is concerned is not really your primary care physician but just someone you see at the clinic on that particular day. I'm not saying you get inferior care here, quite the contrary Brenda Lepage is the finest medical professional I have ever met which includes the staff but you have to be aware of what you are going to be billed for. l have been going here as well as another center for almost 7 year's and am only now getting back bill's that the insurance company didn't fully cover due to them being urgent care visits and not routine Doctor visit's. This mean's instead of a normal $10/$15 co-payment i'm getting charged a $50 urgent care fee. I have contacted U.V.M. billing dept. to try and have this designation changed to regular office visit's but they refuse to change it.
