        Absolutely the BEST experience we have ever had!! Dr. C. is fabulous and the staff is so accommodating that I recommend the to all of my friends. They ALWAYS call you as soon as your items come in and are quick to give you the receipt for Flexible Spending Accounts. Can't say enough good about them - Customer Service at it's BEST!!!!!!!

        I am absolutely horrified by this practice. The doctor is FANTASTIC. Best eye exam I've had in 20+ years. And then I ordered glasses. Contacts and glasses for my daughter. Contacts and glasses for my husband. Can I get them to figure out what they're doing with insurance? What do I owe? No one can tell me. I need a receipt for services by person for my Health Care Spend Plan offered by my employer... omg it's like asking for a miracle. Sears can do it. Walmart can do it. The optometrist is The Best, hands down. But billing? It's a nightmare!
