Dr. Rao has always been there for us. He was my pediatrician since birth and he is both of my children's pediatrician now. We couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

Do not go here. Mohawk office and waiting room has used furniture from 30 years ago and is very dirty. Infant scale has rust on it. Record keeping is poor. Done by hand. Missed a vaccination by more than a year for my granddaughter. Noticed it when the state notified the office. Office assistant is rude. Offices are covered with hand written notices that look like they were written by a 6 year old. The doctor in on bad terms with the Bassett system and will not "allow" patients to go to any of their facilities even for a blood test. Has no FAX machine so any records need to be transfered by hand. There will not mail them! All visits require follow ups-I would guess to increase the Dr's income. Stay away!

My childhood dr, the best a child or parent could ask for. I was sick a lot as a kid and Dr Rao was always there with a fix and a smile
