The sales person Dave Rush is very nice and knowledgeable compare to some other companies we talked to. The price is reasonable too. That is the reason we go with it at the first place. The office staff Bianca is very nice and responses to email very quickly. The installation team is very nice too and did a very clean job. I am giving four star because the monitoring system seems not very stable, sometimes it will go down. Also, although it is very nice to see some information on the monitoring system, we cannot see each panel's status as we originally though would be able to, so we are wondering how we can tell if they are all in production vs failed. We took two more panels more than were suggested but seems like still not producing enough electric to cover the electric we need if we run just 4-5 hours of a/c unit in summer. Another thing we want to mention is that we have to replace the electric meter for net metering. I heard a friend mentioned that the new meter seems run faster than old ones. We didn't thought it is possible. However, after close attention to the monitoring system, we start to believe it might be true. Overall, we are happy with the company. We have contacted 3-5 companies, we feel most comfortable with sun power. Especially the staff and owner of the company and the fact the panels are made in U.S. Just hope we can see some improvement on the monitoring system. Update: It's been almost two years since we got the panels installed. The system is working fine. Never had once down. the proposal estimated that the system would generate 11610kw/year, mine is about 11245kw according to sunpower app's data. I am surprised it's less since the rep told me that I might be able to get more due to the good sun exposure. My colleague who have solar installed (by another company) eight years ago told me his panels have been consistently generating the proposed electric. His panels has a mild pitch, which means there are times they are covered by snow for a long period (ex. more than a month). This never happened to mine (usually no more than couple of days) There were few times in the middle of the night few months after installation I heard noise like something dropped from root in the middle of the night. The second day I saw a piece of cut off bracket about 1-2 inches long in the back patio. I suspect the installation workers left them there. Over all, I am still glad that I installed the solar. I referred my neighbor to them, who told me he did a consultation but didn't go with them. I thought I would get a referral fee but didn't :)

Extremely aggressive and deceptive sales tactics. Before they would come for the site visit, they insisted on opening a loan and taking my personal bank information to make payments. I hadn't even agreed on the accepting the project. They also called me daily trying to get my information. I've never worked with a company that was so aggressive about taking my personal financial information before we'd even agreed on a visit to finish scoping the project.

Tara and the whole crew acted like your favorite nextdoor neighbors. Highly recommended, and they put our family's needs ahead of their contracts.
