Nicole was the absolute most amazing person to work with. She made my life super easy when I was stressing through wedding planning and made me feel at ease for everything that had to get done. She truly made my dreams come true and gave me everything I envisioned on my special day. I would recommend her to anyone and would most definitely work with her again. She makes me want to have more events just so I can see her! I didnt get all my pictures back from my wedding but these pictures dont even do it justice.

Im amazed at the competent, ease of a day we had with Glitzed. With all the chaos happening on our special day - it was easy and a relief we didnt have to do added worrying.

I rarely post a review about a service unless it warrants me to do so - the experience being either extraordinary or a disaster. In this case, it was the latter. Nicole, the owner of Glitzed Events, was extremely unprofessional and lacked the skills and competencies to deliver what was requested on the day of my best friend's wedding. Certain arrangements, made clear beforehand, were poorly executed and/or missing on the day of this special occasion. Nicole notified the bride at the very last moment that her wedding arch could not be completed for the ceremony because of staffing issues - which was supposed to be managed by her. Instead of providing possible solutions as a service would normally do, Nicole resorted to pressuring the bride to come up with back up ideas immediately. Nicole was not accommodating of the situation - there weren't any financial considerations nor an apology. In addition on the day of the wedding, the urns that replaced the arch toppled over twice during the ceremony onto the bride's wedding dress in front of everyone. No bride should have to go through this embarrassment due to poor execution. Four boutonnires were missing on the day of the wedding. When the day-of coordinator, one of the bridesmaids and myself tried to relay that information to her, she instantly gave us all a hostile attitude and tried to push blame onto everyone else without knowing the extent of the situation. Instead of tackling the issue with a level-headed mentality, she rashly stormed upstairs into the bridal suite thus ignoring what I was trying to explain to her. She also claimed that she was "forcibly pushed and shoved" into the room against her will. This was an EXTREMELY bold and confident claim - for me or anyone as a matter of fact to use physical force. I did not appreciate the false accusations. I understand that it was a very stressful and hectic environment but purporting false statements to be factual will not be justified no matter what. Even though the bride showed her the receipt that indeed four boutonnires were supposed to be present, Nicole once again shifted blame on not only the bride but everyone and anyone. This is not what a professional service should entail - she was hired to make life easier for the bride, not to create drama. In the end, she managed to deliver the four missing boutonnires but with a caveat - she still needed to have the last word. After handing off the missing items, she whispered in the bridesmaids' ears that of course she didn't want to let the bride down but impudently mentioned again that it was definitely not her fault even though the receipt proved that she miscounted. Things happen - we are after-all humans. However, being human is not an excuse for being straight up rude, unapologetic and unethical. I am writing this review in hopes that other brides will be more informed before choosing Nicole as their florist.
