My mom passed away on April 3 after a short illness. I was lost and broken and everyone at Branch Funeral Home helped me every step of the way in my moms arrangements. My mom was prepared with the utmost of care and looked beautiful. I cannot thank everyone enough. A special thank you to Ann for being there for me during the wake. She made me feel like she was part of my family and I will never forget it.

Years back, I used Branch Funeral Home for my mother's and mother-in-law's funeral services and was impressed both times by their tact, organization, and professionalism. (In fact, I referred my cousin to Branch, who happily used them for her mother's funeral not long after.) When my husband died suddenly, my one source of calm was that I knew who would take care of him, and they impressed me even more. Every member of the team showed tremendous kindness to me and my family. Steve spent a lot of time talking through the options for wake services and remained in contact via email and phone to answer questions, collect documentation, and communicate with the church and crematorium. At the door, Ann provided a comforting and sympathetic face and communicated messages to the team in a timely manner. The vendors used by Branch provided gorgeous flower arrangements, beautiful mass cards, and delicious food so our family could be together and no one had to cook. They truly thought of everything. If you are in the unfortunate position to need a funeral service provider I heartily recommend the team at Branch Funeral Homes.
