On 5/04/21 I used this company to install a new roof at my home. A few days later I noticed my back gutter was over flowing. I knew the down spout was obstructed. The following day I attempted to correct the problem myself. I cleared out dirt and nails from the gutters and used my water hose and a snake to try and clear the blockage. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fix It. I texted Kareem on four separate occasions asking If he could send someone to correct the problem. I also sent him a video and picture of some of the debris that I was able to get out of the bottom liter. The first time he said ok. I waited a week texted him again. He then called me and said he’d take care of It. After about 10 days I texted him again saying I said I know you probably forgot but can you please have someone come by. He replied I forgot ok. I then waited another week and texted him again. This time he didn’t reply. I called him the following day and he said he would send somebody around 6:00pm. At this point It had been a little over a month and I was pretty frustrated. I told him I wasn’t happy about how things had went at the conclusion of the job. He then became very defensive he said that he didn’t know what I wanted from him. That he had spoken to me over the phone at least 12 times and he had pages of text messages from me. So that evening around 6:15pm his partner called me saying he was running about 45 minutes late. The weather was bad I told him I’m a reasonable person and I understood If he couldn’t make It. I said as long as your a man of your word and stop by tomorrow that’s fine. He said no problem he apologized and he said I don’t run my business like that. He said he would stop by tomorrow at 2:30pm. The following day he never stopped by or called. It’s unforunate that a company who claims to have a 5 star rating wouldn’t correct a problem they created. I strongly recommend people not to use this company. Service: Roof installation
