        We were not satisfied at all with Chris. His knowledge is limited to the builder hes tied to. He represented us as a dual agent, unfortunately. He really didnt represent us at all. Hes more concerned about his own pocket and not in understanding our needs and providing support during the process. Dont trust everything he says and he says A LOT! Better yet, dont do business with him.

        As far as realty goes, Mr. Ogden knows his stuff. He is very well informed and has connections throughout OC. The buck stops there. His communication skills are downright atrocious and will lead you along with little to no intention of following through. Ignored calls, ignored emails lead to a dead deal with some interesting twists. Personally, I will never deal with him or his builders again.
