Steve from Wagner's did make it to the consult appointment at our home on time but that is where the service stopped. After going over our plans for work on digging a French drain and regrading our lawn plus new plants and a handshake goodbye with promises of a price quote; that was the last time we heard from him. Days turned into weeks then into months. The customer service Dept was VERY cordial with promises of messages to be left for Steve and emails to be sent with follow-up, but the communication was only from us to them asking for a quote or just a status on the process. We finally just gave up.

Stay away from this landscaping company. DO NOT hire them or you will regret it. He will tell you everything you want to hear but it will be money dooooooown the drain.

There are good reasons Steve is booked solid - excellent workmanship, responsive to questions, hard working employees and good value. We had a patio and fire pit put in by them and they exceeded our expectations. They were worth waiting for. Very happy.

They damaged my air conditioner I took them to court and won but they still have nit payed me

Simply put unreliable, dishonest. Stay away from Wagner Landscaping. Did a horrible job. Owner will tell you anything just to get the job, but never follows thru. STAY AWAY!
