Very poor communication skills , I have been trying to adopt a dog/puppy filled out the adoption application online no one contacted me to inform me that the puppy I was inquiring about was already adopted until I called . 2nd try didn't go through , Because the vets office that I used for my Jetta . No longer has me in their rolodex any more we are talking like 6yrs ago. I am very disappointed 😞 they say to adopt a dog then buy from a kennel . Well I will go and buy my pup they won't refuse me since I will be paying $$$$

I know from personal experience both adopting from volunteering for and working for this place that I have never met a group of individuals so dedicated to the animals and making sure they end up in the right homes. Anyone who doesn't give this place five stars with all due respect you don't know the people that work there. One review gave one star and complained!?!? There's one reason someone would do that it's if they were denied the adoption process because they didn't have suitable place for it see we only adopt out to people core competent. everyone who works and volunteers there lives and dies for it. I for one need to make sure it's understood anyone who would give this place one star ,well I can't imagine anyone who would do that unless they were denied the adoption process because they didn't have a suitable place for the animal. And the reason that needs to be said is because you couldn't be more wrong and I can only speculate that it's because you weren't able to adopt because how could you leave such a negative message which would only lead to more animals being left behind. Even if you were mistreated which I 1 billion percent guarantee is not a possibility, why would you ever post that? knowing it'll have other animals not getting adopted and possibly even dying. Like I said I don't want to speculate so you didn't have a good experience why is your life so bad that you had to go give an animal shelter humane society and people who are for minimum wage or volunteer help animals, why would you leave that post? Have you ever heard of the Golden rule? Did you ever wonder how many people read your comment and then didn't adopt a dog or cat and therefore is still sitting in that little cage. In my opinion and it's only my opinion unless you also live your life to help animals you have no right to leave anything--but 5-star review
