Called 911 this morning for an ambulance and EMS Josh Tate and his partner responded. They refused to assist my fiancé with a shoulder dislocation. They told him to stop being a baby because he couldn’t get up on his own, told him to use his other arm to get up and because he couldn’t they left him there to fend for himself! Just disgusted. His arm was out for a long time waiting for another ride smh.

My daughter's co-worker called for an ambulance without her knowledge. There was already a family member, who is an EMT, there to pick her up. Meanwhile, corp members forced her into the ambulance after she repeatedly refused treatment and transport. My daughter was coherent, of age, and legally able to refuse treatment so their actions were illegal. I tried to dispute the bill but no one would return my calls. I even sent a certified, return receipt letter asking them to call me but they still ignored me and sent the bill into collection.

Just received a 400 dollar bill for them to walk in the house and walk out. No treatment or transport was provided.

Their were very rude also no help from the two guys that was send.I hope I never had to used your services again.
