        Worst company. When we first had this installed, I think this was the only one available in the area. Will start looking again and cancel this account. Been having issues with my wifi and it took them a week to call me back. They offered to send a technician but will not do service if no one is available despite giving access to the location. Well unfortunately people have to make a living and have to work. Now they tell me that I have to wait until Monday to get a call from the technician. Today is Friday. I am done with Midtel.

        Came in during the pandemic and hooked up fiber .... made work from home a smooth breeze.... terrific internet from a 100 year old company

        After having internet from this company only one month i recieved a bill for 225 dollars lol. Despite the fact i pre paid 100. Was way over priced to begin with even before they started tacking on extra charges which they never mentioned. Who can afford these prices?
