I wish I could give this place 0 stars after today. My family and I have been customers of this Laundromat for at least 10 years now, but the amount of disrespect and nastiness I experienced today from the owner will ensure that we will never return again. Upon entering I was told to put a mask on, I explained I did not have one however I have no issue putting one on if she could provide me with one. That's when she said to me quote "If I need to provide you with a mask maybe you need me to wipe your A** for you as well" that was highly disrespectfull and uncalled for..
As of right now There are no indoor mask mandates in NYC therefore as a business owner if you want someone to wear one you should provide them with one. On another note if you are so highly concerned about health and hygiene you should fix the bathroom that has been broken for 10 years. There is no hot water for people to wash their hands and no soap. The same lady (business owner) also spends a lot of time making nasty remarks about people and gossiping in the back as she folds the clothes, it's really sad.

Not the biggest place but always half empty except Sunday (duhh) clean crisp restroom good machines. Never ever any headaches man.....in and out!!!!
