        They do not respond to phone messages. Sears sends all the repairs to a 3rd party for repair and when you call Sears you just get a run around to call who they sent the service call to. I still have the SAME ISSUE. I need to make another service call for the dryer to be repaired but I do not want to have it sent to the same people.
