I went for rt- pcr test for my trip to Italy. I opted for 11-37 hour test ( expedited). I got the test done 10 am and results were ready at 5 am the next morning. Talk about fast. In and out in no time. 10 min from my house. Booked my appointment online. I will go here from now on.. the only place I trust. Professional and excellent. The test didn’t hurt. Nurse was so gentle because I am a big baby. Btw I’m negative for Covid !!! They take insurance too. Thank you for making my trip a go!! Love this place.

I had such an amazing experience at Alliance Health (Merrick, NY) location. I received excellent customer service from the night crew: Jenny V, Mayela, and Nathalie. I have a special needs son. He's autistic (non-verbal severe). Jenny V. was so kind, patient, caring and gentle with him. She provided a walk through for what was going to happen before it happened (using a q-tip); practice run. The night staff was so supportive to his needs. We never felt rushed OR embarrassed. Thank you so much to the night crew Jenny V., Mayela and Nathalie. We were nervous, scared about how the PCR test would go, but were successful and am so happy we choose Alliance Health for our son's needs. Lastly, the turn-around for the results were great too. The exam was done on Monday night and we received results pronto Tuesday early morning 5am. A+ thanks so much night crew (hugs)

I went today to get my rapid test at this office,and the service was great. The receptionist at the front desk was very professional ,and kind.The nurse was pleasant, and gentle. I wish we had more offices like this one with the great service they provide. Keep up the good work guys.
